Damon was born in March 2016. When I needed to return to Hong Kong that June, I brought Amanda with me to ease the load at home. The visit was brief, but it gave us a rare journey that belonged only to father and daughter.

Hong Kong was not new to me, but travelling with Amanda changed the way I saw it. Everyday streets and harbour views became things I wanted to explain and preserve for her.
